I help women optimise their health and take charge of their fertility so they can conceive naturally. As a pre-natal health & nutrition coach, natural birth educator, and Quantum Mind Body Therapist™, I guide women not only in preparing their bodies for conception, pregnancy, birth, and motherhood—but my work allows them to fully step into their power and come home to their true selves.
Through this work, I support women to reconnect with their inner authority, awaken their innate intuition, trust their primal instincts, embody their feminine wisdom, and embrace their sacred sexuality. My true calling and vision for every woman, is that they will become empowered to truly trust their bodies and take back their authority so that they are in the drivers seat throughout their conscious conception, pregnancy and birth. My wish for ALL women, is that they can experience the miracle of their body and experience its capacity to truly heal itself on ALL levels — spiritual, physical and emotional. I believe that we cannot have full vitality and vibrant health unless we focus on all of these, not just one or the other.
My Qualifications
Before my pregnancies, I spent years immersed in the study of science, health, and the body’s natural intelligence. What began as a path in a Bachelor or Science, before switching to a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy - eventually led me into my true calling — Studying Nutrition and becoming certified as a Holisic Health, Wellness, Detoxification & Nutrition Coach — and from there, into a deep exploration of the mind, body, and spirit as one —first through various programs that I used to better my own life, heal my own wounds, trauma, soul and more —to then becoming qualified as a Quantum Mind Body Therapist where I learned more tools to transform the lives of my clients. The academic foundation gave me a strong understanding of the body’s physiology and the science of natural healing, while also opening the door to the energetic and emotional dimensions that influence health.
I’ve trained and worked across a range of holistic and complementary fields, including consulting in health, herb, and supplement stores, working as a Halo Therapy Consultant, and writing on wellness for a Women’s Business Community. My studies have included detoxification, digestive anatomy and physiology, gut health, hormones, adrenal health, nutrition through the life stages, herbs & herbal manufacturing, superfoods, essential oils, musculoskeletal fitness, flower essences, holistic skincare and more.
For over five years, I have worked clinically with clients, guiding them in my 1:1 container, in small groups, and through structured programs as a holistic health, wellness, nutrition, and detoxification coach. This hands on experience allows me to blend evidence-based practices with energetic and emotional support, tailoring guidance to each woman’s unique journey.
Today, all of this forms the foundation of my work as a Natural Fertility Coach. I have studied and blend my work with energetic architecture tools, neuroplasticity awareness, somatic embodiment, trauma recovery, subconscious reprogramming, hypnosis and quantum field work to guide women home to their natural fertility, vitality, and wholeness — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I’m a health fanatic, passionate home birth advocator & love all things natural, organic & of the earth. I am a mum of two young wild boys & I studied at the most amazing nutrition school on the planet- Health Mastery Institute- which gave me the most incredible education and tools to not only greatly improve my own health -those little pieces of the puzzle that I was missing- but also the health of my children & many friends, family and clients..
I have a serious passion for all things pregnancy & birth, but before birth comes conception. And unfortunately I see a high percentage of women struggling to conceive.
It is estimated that 186 million people worldwide struggle with infertility, with the figures only set to rise. I’m here to help change that.
I’m a fertility coach that actually walks the walk. I have the life-proof that the fertility restoring and enhancing protocols that I use really work to regain optimal reproductive function and overall health. I have the family that you desire and I can help you achieve it too.

I was always left wondering why there is such a huge lack of nutrition knowledge and real health advice in the medical field. I always felt like medications were just thrown at me and I knew those wouldn’t fix any of my issues, only bandaid them for a short time while making them worse in the long term. They weren’t healing my issues, only suppressing symptoms. Symptoms are the body’s way of telling us that something is wrong, and I knew that pharmaceuticals were not the answer.

I work with women & couples who are struggling to conceive but who don't want to go down the medical route just yet. They prefer to do things the more natural way. The people I work with are ready and willing to put in the hard work to overhaul their lives and restore their fertility.
When most couples think of starting a family and having a baby together, I know they don't picture the conception happening while lying on a cold examination table, their legs up in stirrups and lights blaring at them
I work with women who prefer to avoid that and avoid the barrage of harmful medications, injections & synthetic hormones that can often leave your body ruined and your hormones 100x worse than before. These women are ready to change their lifestyle and kick the toxins to the curb for the sake of their fertility and future family.
Some of them have PCOS, endometriosis or fibroids. Some just have some hormonal issues that need sorting out. Most have been told that fully healing themselves is not possible and that medication, surgery and other invasive procedures is the only way. But they are motivated and dedicated to do the work it actually takes to truly and fully heal so they can achieve the family they have always envisioned for themselves. And that is essential! Working with me requires accountability and responsibility. I empower you to take your fertility into your own hands and to stop seeking external authority. I give you the support and tools to be able to take back your power, feel confident again in your body's abilities and feel amazing in mind, body & spirit.
MORE ABOUT ME & MY PHILOSOPHy
I am extremely fertile due to the health-enhancing and protective actions I take every day to preserve my health & fertility. My health only improves more and more and I continue to age in reverse and get younger despite having two children. I often see a concerning trend with people charging others money to "help" them when they haven't mastered the very thing they are meant to be teaching. Whether it be business, health, crypto or relationships, you want guidance from someone who has mastered the very thing you so desperately seek. That is exactly what I have done.
My studies at Health Mastery institute have built upon my previous studies in natural health and multiple careers in alternative therapies such as Halo Therapy (Dry Salt Therapy), naturopathy, health science and consulting clients on health & supplements in Health Stores.
