Life is sacred. Conceiving and birthing a precious child are holy and profound acts of co-creation with The Divine - The Creator -God -The Universe. I honour the sacredness of creation and believe that it is a process to be respected and experienced in reverence. The creation of life was never intended to be mechanical or medical, you were designed to create life naturally.

Sexual energy is vitally powerful energy. Sex is spiritual, intimacy is sacred and embodying your sacred sexuality can help you reach higher states of consciousness. Sexual energy is one of the most powerful energies in existence and is one in the same with creative energy - It is life force energy. I honor intimacy and sacred sexuality as the portal of creation, where pleasure and love call in life.

Your body always gives hints and whispers when it is fertile, ripe and ready. Before science understood and measured ovulation, women just knew. The fertile quality cervical fluid, the pull of desire, the quickening in the womb -are all primal signs. This is cyclical attunement. This primal animal instinct draws you towards intimacy at the time your womb is ready – Returning to primal instinct means dropping the obsession and pressure of tracking and letting go of the fear of “missing the window”. Just as every animal on Earth mates, conceives and reproduces without apps, interventions or drugs – so too does the human body. We all hold that same primal, effortless intelligence.

Every soul is conceived in love — the deepest force of energy in existence that heals, nourishes, and calls your baby into being. Unconditional love is the most potent force in the creation and birthing of life. When a woman unconditionally loves herself, knows she is unconditionally loved by The Divine, and feels unconditionally loved and accepted by those around her, she is open and receptive to ease and flow around conceiving a child. Stress, fear, doubt, abuse and lingering childhood wounds work against this flow, and hinder the creation process.

Your womb, body and DNA carries ancient knowing and wisdom — the blueprint of life itself lives within you. All women carry this and are capable of accessing it. Feminine wisdom is the timeless, collective intelligence that we are all able to tap into. You already know. Many women have forgotten this and have been programmed to outsource knowledge and wisdom to “professionals” – many of which are men, who cannot access this same knowledge of womanhood that is carried in the female lineage and the feminine archetype.

Your body speaks the truth louder than any outside authority. The truth is that no doctor, OB, textbook or even nutritionist or coach knows your body and the wisdom it carries better than you do. This is your built in automatic knowing. Your body has instinctive signs and subtle cues which guides you towards the best choices for you towards conception. Your innate intuition helps you to know what your body needs, what your womb needs, and directs you every step of the way. It’s a deep internal guide. You just have to tap in and listen.
